There is no meeting in June, July, August or December. Meetings begin at 7 p.m. and are usually held in the basement auditorium of St. Luke’s Church on Calvert Street east of Wisconsin Avenue. The auditorium is accessed by outside steps on the parking lot side of the church. ANC3B Meetings ANC3B meetings are held on the second Thursday of every month.
