May 2008: We heard that Grog and Tankard was purchased by the owner of Ceviche who has plans to turn it into a "club for the 21-25 year old crowd." We'll report more when we know more.
Looks like the old laudromat will become a ZBurger franchise.
Rocklands has applied for a liquor license to sell beer, wine and spirits. Three new licenses were opened up when the Glover Park Moratorium was renewed this year and all three are applied for. The other two are sought by Surfside (old Apollo Market) which plans to offer Caribbean-style, serve-yourself food, and Breadsoda (brought to you by the owners of Bourbon) in the old My Bakery site, which will offer light fare, pool tables, entertainment and outside tables.
